After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the carrier’s website, where you can view delivery status.
You can view the status of your order by visiting www.viseart.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on view Orders; then, click on the order you wish to track. The details of your order will come up.
Delivery time / Shipping fees
After receiving your order confirmation by email, please allow 2 to 10 days to receive your products at your delivery address.
Shipping fees apply when ordering depending on delivery country and on the amount any included tax (TTC) of its order.
Viseart ships in 31 countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungaria, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Addresses of the delivery
Products ordered by Customer pursuant these General Terms and Conditions will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer as the delivery address when the Customer placed its order.
Viseart will always refuse to deliver to the address when the address corresponds to:
- A hotel or a shelter
- A Post Office Box
- No fixed address or no fixed home (For example, and without this list being exhaustive, mobil home, caravans, campsites, and other no fixed home) or in a collective place where an individual address cannot be attributed clearly and durably to a natural person or a legal person.
Refusal of delivery
Viseart reserves the right to refuse any delivery in the cases specified at the article refusal of order.
